Use of experience of European Union in creation transport of logistic centers in Ukraine

Abstract: In the article experience of creation and functioning of transport-logistic centers is probed in ES. A basic factor which must define principles of construction transport of logistic centers in Ukraine is a process of creation of companies-operators with participation of PAT Ukrzaliznycya for the association of terms of deliveries with operations on transportation of loads a few types of transport. In the function of such operator the new types of activity must enter except for dispatch functions: bank with financing of all complex of operations, insurance et al, which before was not executed dispatch of transportations. It is expressed in that dispatch of transportations of loads in international to direct all-rail or in the mixed connection transformed at the dispatch-operators of the general distributing or dispatch-integrators. Creation of companies-operators after participation of Ukrzaliznicya will allow to pass to the market methods of forming of tariffs organizations of the mixed transportations. Only concerted work of all lanocs transport logistic which takes into account the systems of Ukraine competition between existent logistic companies and owns a necessary infrastructure, capable to provide integration of Ukraine in the international market of transport services and provide development of transit potential of country. For the modern stage of development of a transport complex of Ukraine, and foremost railway transport, creation of transportno-logistichnikh centers is especially actual as access of the Ukrainian products to the foreign markets will strengthen the level of competition
