The ways of prevention and neuralizing the risks and threats of economic security of enterprise of railway transport

Abstract: This article reviews the main types of security measures of enterprise proof the necessity of risk management as the main ways to prevent and neutralize the threats to economic security of company. Rewiews the methods and ways of controlling and minimizing risks. Formed the authors vision on the stage of management of enterprise security threats. The level of economic security of railway transport depends on how well its leaders and experts will be able to avoid potential threats and eliminate the harmful effects of certain negative elements of external and internal environment. That is necessary to detect types of threats, identify the sources of their origin, scope display, time to find by reducing the negative effects to a minimum. Since the main source of threat is the risk that every company needs an effective system of risk management. The purpose of risk management to maximize their positive impact (opportunities that are open), and thus minimize the associated negative factors (damage, loss). Effective processes of identifying and managing risk helps to achieve a reasonable compromise between these dangers and new features. Thus, a reasonable risk management will result in the neutralization of threats.
