Abstract: In the article the main approaches regarding the content of the category of motivation staff. It is determined that the motives of a man shaped by both internal and external factors. The expediency of development of the compensation package as one of the most important strategic objectives in the management personnel of the company. Possible ways of improving motivation in the formation of post-industrial economy. The experience of economic reforms in developed countries shows that the expansion of forms of ownership and economic independence of economic entities is not a sufficient condition for the effective development of the economy. So you need a deep theoretical understanding of the modern content categories, attercliffe the process of motivation in the country. Effektivnosti motivation as a factor of productivity growth, it is due to the efficiency of work organization, production organization and management. Organization of production is the link vamps ASU all factors of production, which allows the company is moving towards the achievement of established objectives, while respecting the proportions in time, space and providing better quantitative and performance. During the development of the motivation system in the enterprise should pay attention to the fact that in the post-industrial economy, where the focus is on intellectual labor, wages can act as a material element of motivation, and the factor that provides the basis of non-material motivation (decent work evaluation, recognition of efforts, which to some extent determines the status of the individual in society).
