World experience of financing the development of road-transport infrastructure on basis of state-private partnership

Abstract: In the article the features of financing of development of road-transport infrastructure on the basis of state-private partnership in world practice of management are considered. It is marked that the different aims of development of a transport industry suppose the different ways of bringing in of private capital. The forms of participation of private capital in realization of transport infrastructural projects are considered, the features of their financing are certain. The problems of financing of development of road-transport infrastructure in Ukraine are analysed, obstacles for successful introduction of projects state-private partnership are certain. Drawn conclusion that successful development of state-private partnership as in strategically important for the state spheres possible the mechanism of activation of investment activity and bringing in of private investments only for terms, when balance of interests of the state and private investor will be provided.
