Abstract: The article studied the main types of existing strategies with practical implementation in industry, found that weighty factors influencing the choice of formation and areas of development strategies in industry, research proposed foundations of financial instruments vector strategy of the company, investigated its basic tools, methods and mechanisms for implementing a successful implementation of the strategic process in the company.
