Abstract: In the article the decision of problem of increase of investment attractiveness of enterprise and increase of his competitiveness is examined by the improvement of management investment activity of enterprise due to forming of mechanism of the investment providing of enterprise, which is the aggregate of constituents, each of which furthers policy of the investment providing of enterprise: search and bringing in of sources of investing; exposure of investment potential which is based on the investment policy of enterprise of directed on implementation of projects; exposure and improvement of environment of realization of investment policy; providing of unity of investment of investments is in each of the stages of realization of project; leadthrough of current control; operative planning of investment resources. Functioning of mechanism of the investment providing must be carried out by combination of separate components of financial and investment mechanisms of enterprise, that, in same queue, is the inseparable elements of the unique economic mechanism. Such unity must allow not only to examine separate economic processes on an enterprise in their vzaemozv''yazku but also select exactly those, that accept the direct participating in forming of investment resources and activation of investment activity.
