Abstract:
This article considers the problem has been in the interpretation of the concept of "crisis management" as the international experience, and in the works of Ukrainian scientists who reviewed this term in his works. Today, in modern literature not reflect differences between bail and normal controls. The authors focus not on measures to resolve the crisis, and the events of his early prevention mechanisms or bankruptcy. To achieve this aim almost all management theory and practice, while the special sense of crisis management remains unsolved. The issue of crisis management actively investigated and continue investigated both foreign and domestic scholars. Due to the fairly large number of scientists who have their own vision of crisis management issues, and there are many different approaches to the interpretation of this concept. It was also found distinctive features between normal controls and anti-crisis and eventually it was formulated specific definition and understanding of the term.
