Abstract: The activity of the enterprises of the railway transport is characterized sudnobuduvannja economic relations in the framework of the railway transport enterprises and within the region. Production potential as a functional component of the economic potential of the enterprise is identified with the overall economic potential. Production potential accumulates a significant share of the potential of the enterprise. Moreover, in the absence of productive potential and there is no need for marketing, employment or innovation potentials. One of the key ways to ensure efficient use of the production potential of the enterprises of railway transport should be considered for the control of flow processes between the elements of productive potential, their transformation and integration, you can implement it through the use of logistics bases in the relationship between the elements of the production potential. The efficiency of the production potential of the enterprise depends primarily on the quality of relationships between elements.
