Abstract: In modern terms of development on Economic system impact various makroeconomical and mykroeconomical factors. One of the priorities is to develop the company's management system for the financial potential, which is caused by the need to ensure the functioning and sustainability of the enterprise. The article considers the problems of management strategy enterprises. Financial potential of the concept and nature of the financial capacity of enterprises, defines the essence of the financial strategy of the enterprise and its relationship with the financial capacity, as well as a strategy for managing the financial potential of enterprises. The formation and realization of strategy management of the financial potential, designed to support a competitive financial potential of the enterprise, based on the use of mechanisms and tools of financial management.
