Adaptive control by development of domestic enterprises

Abstract: In the article the essence of adaptive management of enterprise development is studied, the main stages of this type of control are disclosed; its flexibility, innovative filling and crisis management orientation are concluded. The main directions of enterprises adaptation are determined, notably the adaptation to the actions of competitors, adaptation to the effects of the state, adaptation to the changes in demand for products, adaptation to the actions of suppliers, adaptation to the changes on the markets. The necessity of system accompaniment implementation of management solutions as a tool to ensure the quality of adaptive management of enterprise. The main functions of system maintenance of management decisions are identified: providing the information for decision-making and implementation of the decisions; organizational and methodological support of decision-making and its implementation; modeling the effects of the adoption and implementation of decisions; expert functions: issuing recommendations and justifications; graphical visualization.
