Abstract:
The Kaizen philosophy has been known for over fifty years. Taichii Ohno kept observing the production processes in Toyota facilities for ten years. He considered that a given company kept learning how to manage the time from commencing the customer’s order up to the payment date. The aim of the study is to attempt to introduce the impact of Kaizen on management of an enterprise. The theoretical part is based upon the thematic literature, whereas the observation, interview and survey method was used in the practical part.
