Abstract: The economic crisis has wiped out years of economic and social progress and highlighted the structural weaknesses of Europe's economy. The European Commission and European Council have evaluated the PNR and the implementing national reports and will adopt the final recommendations on fiscal and financial policies, and structural reforms, following that Member States will consider the recommendations and implement them in the fiscal-budgetary policies, and in, those relating to domestic structural reforms.
