Abstract:
Abstract Since the process of Chinese-style modernization, especially the modernization process in the post-epidemic era, many social impacts generated by the economic downturn cycle have become prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to steadily boost the prosperity of common citizens and strengthen the distribution system. From the perspective of management, sociology and policy, the minimum wage policy has attracted much attention and is closely related to the modernization process. As public policy and social policy, the minimum wage policy has an important impact upon social economy, enterprise management and other aspects. The certain influence of this policy is divided into two parts. From a micro perspective, low-income groups are directly affected, while middle and high-income groups are indirectly affected. At the macro level, the most significant has both positive and negative effects in terms of high-quality employment. Therefore, this paper starts with the minimum wage policy, focuses specific policies, explores essential properties of this policy based on policy model, and studies the impact of this policy over high-quality employment and the deep significance of the minimum wage policy in social and economic development. With help in the multi-source policy model, this paper explains the specific overview and significance in minimum wage income policy, discusses positive and negative effects of this policy over high-quality employment, and gives policy suggestions.
