Abstract: Abstract With the rapid development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, autonomous driving, cloud computing and high-performance computing etc., the global demand for graphics processing units (GPUs) and related chips continues to rise significantly. NVIDIA, as the world’s leading GPU design company, has gradually transformed from a traditional gaming GPU supplier to a comprehensive technology company covering a number of cutting-edge technology fields by relying on its technical advantages in graphics processing, high-performance computing and AI chips. The article makes a detailed study of NVIDIA’s asset-liability ratio, operating profit margin and market share in the three fiscal years 2021 to 2023. Finally, the paper puts forward optimization suggestions, which mainly focus on four aspects: core business strengthening, technological eco-innovation, supply chain resilience improvement and global regional layout, aiming to help NVIDIA identify potential financial risks, optimize capital structure, reduce cost pressure, and achieve sustainable growth in the fierce market competition.
