Abstract:
Abstract This paper analyzed the financial performance of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare from 2022 to 2024, mainly focusing on the four areas: Profitability, Leverage; Efficiency, and Liquidity. The analysis clearly shows that there is a decline in profitability indicators such as net profit margin and return on equity (ROE). The company’s leverage ratios remain low. In terms of operational efficiency, the receivables’ turnover and asset turnover continue to decline. All the three liquidity indicators have steadily declined for these three years. The paper puts forward four recommendations based on enhancing profitability, improving leverage and capital structure, promoting operational efficiency, and strengthening liquidity management. This study mainly focuses on providing a comprehensive understanding of F&P Healthcare’s financial position by analyzing relevant figures and offering targeted advice for its management. It also provides references for investors and helps stakeholders to interpret trends, identify risks, and find directions to optimize or promote company performance.
