Abstract: Abstract The conclusion summarizes this negotiation journey through healthcare, putting everything into perspective. Now that the reader understands how negotiation shapes healthcare and how it has sent it in a downward spiral, the authors provide a roadmap to rescue it through improved negotiation systems. This chapter details how new negotiation processes should be set up across healthcare so that healthcare can turn its negative spiral into a positive one that will lead to a much healthier and happier future.
