Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we explain how one can learn to become a Metathinker. We set out the didactics of learning the thinking modes in terms of progression through a set of exercises in three phases: Identify—Use—Reflect. We give an overview of all exercises and suggest paths through the exercises for different user groups: for organisational leaders and policymakers, for mentors and coaches, for researchers and teachers. The exercises can also be worked on according to an individual’s personal interests, either by breadth (structure, process, relation, transformation) or by depth (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
