Abstract: Abstract This article shares the author’s suggestions to the orientation of public policies regarding real estate industry and market. Highlighting the importance of avoiding broad-brushed centralized policies for all without consideration of local specifications and providing a policy focusing on equality, the author advocates a legalized structure of effective tax mechanism to curtain speculation and encourage location-based guidance to real estate industry operation.
