Chapter 2 in Creating Innovation Spaces, 2021, pp 15-31 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter illustrates an enhanced innovation environment external to a company resulting from its strategic decision to collaborate with external parties, in this case so called lead users, as input providers. In order to focus on this subject, I will first treat theoretical and conceptual aspects before presenting my scientific study together with my research findings and my conclusions on user driven case examples.
