Chapter 5 in AI for the Good, 2021, pp 77-91 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Digitalization leads to the structural form of a network society. The development driver is the medial surplus of digitalization in combination with artificial intelligence. Spiral dynamics presents the development toward an integral and holistic system of consciousness and values. A holistic management concept for a sustainable corporate management is possible through value-oriented corporate management based on an integral philosophy. Through a difference-theoretical differentiation of intelligence types, comprising human as well as artificial intelligence, integral intelligence can be determined, and the meaning of collective and intuitive intelligence can be shown. Applications of software algorithms in business decision situations show human–machine interactions in the integral sense and perspectives of integral intelligence. Specifically, technologies such as analytical hierarchy processes (AHP) and artificial neural networks (ANN) can be applied. An example of co-creativity through collective intelligence and intuition will be provided.
