Chapter 4 in Successfully Managing S/4HANA Projects, 2022, pp 101-123 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract From dream to nightmare, in this chapter, we return to the hard ground of reality. There is probably no complex SAP S/4HANA project that runs without problems. However, most of the time, the mistake is not in the (SAP) system: no, the problems are self-made, overlooked or underestimated by those running the project!
