It is a tourism, entertainment and leisure complex being built in Dubai and owned by Tatweer of Dubai Holding. The Dubai Holding company is a global investing corporation with a number of real estate projects. The company focuses on different sector such as financial services, consultancies, hospitality, theme parks etc.
