Abstract: Abstract This article aims to demonstrate how international students in Germany, especially when part of an international student network, can positively impact social innovation. It specifically highlights that international students have the ability to counter the lack of a skilled labor force and drive forward social entrepreneurship in Germany and uses the international student network DEGIS as a case study.
