Abstract:
Abstract The adoption of a process approach was promoted by the ISO for the development, implementation, and improvement of the effectiveness of a QMS in order to enhance meeting customer SNEaR. The use of the process approach to understand and manage interrelated processes as a system is therefore claimed by the ISO in ISO 9001:2015 as contributing to an organization’s effectiveness and efficiency for achieving intended outcomes.
