Abstract: Abstract Start-ups can access non-dilutive financing by leveraging their intellectual property and intangible asset portfolios through intellectual property-backed financing. The author uses her own experience to show how intellectual property-backed financing works, its costs and benefits, and how start-ups can prepare themselves better to access this type of financing.
