Chapter 9 in Enterprise Resource Planning, 2014, pp 123-127 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This is the phase where the client validates the software to find out whether the solution provided is fit for their use and satisfies their business needs. After successful testing of each software component by the consultants themselves, it is handed over to the client for acceptance testing. Bugs/defects detected during acceptance testing are to be rectified accordingly before obtaining the certificate of acceptance from the client.
