Abstract:
Abstract Recruiting the most suitable people for operations teams is one of the first conditions for building leading team for operational excellence. Therefore there is great importance in the way the process is conducted. The set of requirements for recruiting and the mix of hired employees and hiring manager’s practices are discussed. The chapter describes the importance of a proper recruitment process; the unique characteristics of the operations team as a diverse team. And assembles several tips for running an effective integration process.
