Chapter Chapter 3 in Designing Knowledge Management-Enabled Business Strategies, 2016, pp 31-44 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract ‘Community of practice’ as a term is of fairly recent origin; however, the basic phenomenon that it refers to is far older. This concept provides a useful perspective on learning and knowing. Thus an ever-increasing number of people and organisations have started using this very practice to enhance knowledge and know-how, within their organisational framework.
