Abstract:
Abstract This chapter provides an outline of roles in product management that conform to the Blackblot PMTK Methodology™, as described in the Blackblot Product Management Team Model and Blackblot Product Definition Team Model. The role descriptions in this chapter are presented in a manner that provides easy integration with a job description template, which can also be published and used for recruiting individuals for open positions in the company.
