Chapter 4 in Performance Management Success, 2018, pp 27-36 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The overall success of an organization depends on the actions and performance of each and every organization member working together to achieve common goals. To meet the challenges facing any organization, it is vital that all members fully understand the importance of their individual contribution to the organization-wide objectives, know precisely what is expected of them at their respective level within the organization, and have an opportunity to support firsthand a culture of high performance.
