Chapter 4 in Implementing Integrated Business Planning, 2019, pp 135-176 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Annual business planning is far more future-oriented process than tactical S&OP. Annual business planning is a long-term process where business strategies are being discussed and agreed. Strategies support long-term vision of the company, e.g., double the size of the company by 2025 and become market leader.
