Abstract: Abstract On a summer afternoon in Munich in 2013, Gunther Friedl, Dean of TUM School of Management and Andreas Biagosch, recently retired from McKinsey & Company after 28 years, were exchanging ideas on how to create the most inspiring business seminar. Their goal was to create an outstanding learning experience for business students. Thus the case study seminar at the Technical University of Munich School of Management was born. We brainstormed several initial ideas.
