Chapter 5 in Managing Knowledge Workers, 2013, pp 101-120 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The success of a company lies more in its IC than in its physical assets. The capacity to manage knowledge and convert it into useful products and services is fast becoming the current primary executive skill. As a result, there has been a flurry of interest in IC, creativity, innovation, and learning within an organization. However, surprisingly little attention has been given to the management of dependence on the value of IC and innovation in a company.
