Chapter 9 in Leading Naturally, 2016, pp 213-219 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract I am convinced that the evolutionary approach currently constitutes the most solid foundation to expand our knowledge and skills around the phenomenon of leadership. Furthermore, examples given underline the potential that, in particular, the 7th key task (“Attraction: supporting the group into a prosperous future”) has for our further development. Our society and the future of leadership continue to go hand in hand!
