Abstract:
Abstract Companies whose success relies to a large extent on projects cannot generally avoid the need to introduce a system of project, program and portfolio management (PPP management). Thereafter, these must be constantly improved to suit the specific needs of the company’s processes. This initiative is part of the corporate strategy. Project, program and portfolio management can be introduced relatively independently, and in practice it often takes place at different speeds. The PPP program manager is responsible for the PPP program life cycle.
