Abstract:
Abstract A company always seeks to identify and start the few projects that are actually important. There are normally more requests for new projects than the company can deliver. There must always be a link between projects and the organisation’s aims and objectives. The main challenge faced by the project idea during the initialisation phase is to make the cut, to be included in the list of projects.
