Chapter 5 in Storytelling in Organizations, 2018, pp 41-47 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The storytelling method which is introduced in this book has been examined more closely in several empirical studies and was applied in various real-life contexts. Useful results are available on the utilization of this method, its suitability for workplace settings, and the efficacy of its results. The most important findings will be presented in this chapter. The second part of the chapter will then take a look at a few selected impressions by researchers and professionals who have worked with the storytelling method.
