Abstract: Abstract Technology and innovation adoption can help organizations to better prepare for the future and stay flexible based on the understanding “when the facts change, I change my mind”. Nevertheless there are limitations to the contribution of analytics, which are presented in this chapter. How to create a performance culture in an organization is explained and how this helps to stay on top of business despite all the changes in a VUCA world.
