Abstract:
Abstract The chapter discusses different type of organization structures and associated strengths and weaknesses. Teams must be aware of and capitalize on the strengths of the organization structure while minimizing weaknesses. Within the organization structure and its norms, a team structure must fully utilize individual abilities and avoid possible obstacles to enhance productivity. To this end, various team development ideas are explained. Theoretical aspects of leadership and performance management are discussed for transformation of an organization into a learning organization.
