Chapter 10 in Capital, Systems, and Objects, 2021, pp 157-170 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Organizational capitalOrganizational capital refers to the wide collection of resources that some label as intellectual capital. It is the knowledge, software, and methods that a firm can deploy to convert capital. It can be organized into databases, applications, procedures, and patents. It is also closely associated with human capital expertise and experience, and it can be embedded in an organization’s culture and structure.
