A chapter in Strategic Innovative Marketing, 2017, pp 759-764 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The world has become very interdependent and global economies now influence many aspects of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) both at national and international levels. Being flexible and adaptive during times of economic change must now be expected. The know-how in the communication and information technology sectors provides new innovative ways of enhancing the role of universities and their services. Higher education is a field where innovation through the use of technology can be invaluable. A number of innovative trends that exist in higher education are presented, along with an overview of the technological outlook.
