A chapter in Strategic Innovative Marketing, 2017, pp 369-373 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This paper suggests the management of company resources in order to establish a successful project team. The proposal is being reported after modeling the essential soft skills of a project team, interacting with the negative factors and providing the benefits to the team. Hence, is mentioned what a project manager must do as leader of an effective project and which parameters should follow for establishing it. Last but not least, a one year simulation is represented—the best scenario—after many case studies. The model and the simulation developed in iThink platform.
