Chapter Chapter 9 in Organizational Learning as Relational Governance, 2024, pp 147-152 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The aim of this book was to conceptualize organizational learning as relational governance within the theoretical framework of relational economics. This goal was motivated by a research gap: In the relational economics research stream (Biggiero et al. in Relational view of economics. A new research agenda for the study of relational transactions. Springer, Berlin, 2022), organizational learning has not yet been discussed and conceptualized by scholars in the field.
