Abstract:
Abstract— The second part of the article (see the beginning in No. 6-2021) analyzes the negative consequences of the so-called health care optimization. It is shown that as a result of its implementation, the availability of medical care has decreased. A possible way to improve the territorial organization of medical services is considered. The effectiveness of the Russian health care system in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic was assessed.
