Abstract: Abstract The research for this case was done by Octavio Barahona and Jeloika Cruz which was pulled from public data available on Lennar Corporation and its management. The case was developed by Alan L. Carsrud. The sections using the management consultant as the protagonist in the case is the only portion of this case that has been fabricated. This case is an example that often crises and uncertainty come in waves and it is critical to understand that decisions to address one issue can have profound impact on how other issues are addressed. We have provided the citations to the public sources from which information has been obtained.
