Chapter Chapter 6 in Intangible Asset Gap in Global Competitiveness, 2021, pp 67-72 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract These conclusions focus essentially on Sweden. A similar program of strategic initiative must be developed for each nation, preferably in a workshop format. However, several of the proposed initiatives for Sweden are of international scope and are therefore likely useful for other small high-tech nations. Even the national initiatives may be useful as most modern countries are organized in a similar hierarchical-functional way and have similar problems, in particularly in coordination among agencies of new cross-the-board issues like with no natural institutional home, or “champion”, like IA.
