Abstract:
Abstract In the current digital transformation period, as stated in the previous chapters, the interest in the work setting scenario is increasing among several organizations. In such unique organizational change, the digital sphere and its adoption is crucial even before the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the COVID-19 pandemic appears in early 2020 and many countries face relevant downturn, with important consequences for working situations in many organizations (Coibion et al. 2020).
