Abstract: Abstract In the framework of our research project, a standardized complete survey was organized. Sixteen working processes were analyzed in detail and a myriad of expert interviews were held. Is it possible to make general statements regarding the theme of organizational integrity in municipalities on the basis of our findings? We do think so.
