Chapter Chapter 3 in Study on the Consensus Salary System for Modern Enterprises, 2013, pp 17-21 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The consensus salary system for modern enterprises refers to the labor compensation institutions and the relative policy and regulations correspondent with the market economy based on the pay theory and the consensus salary model. Also, it is a system of the norms and methods of the compensation and benefits paid to the employee in the form of currency and substances connected with the employment. Whether in its connotation or in its extension, it is quite different from the income distribution institutions in the past. In connotation, it should be a highly integration of equity, motivation, competition, supervision and strategic adaptation, of which the implementation must be supported by the objective and scientific foundation. Considering its direct stakeholders are mainly the individual and the enterprise, its foundations should come from the objective and fair evaluation of the human capital, the individual’s ability and development, his contribution, the performance and the management efficiency of the enterprise.
