Chapter Chapter 6 in Study on the Consensus Salary System for Modern Enterprises, 2013, pp 61-70 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The consensus salary model studied in this book is the framework of compensation with Pareto Improvement designed for the individual, the firm and the society by the modern enterprises on the base of objective evaluation. It pays more attention to the individual, the firm, the government and the market, etc. and its main features include strategy, comprehension, system, flexibility and feasibility. All these features lie in the unique research of the compensation design in equity, motivation, competition, supervision and strategic adaptation. Commonly, in the existent salary system, the supervision can’t be realized due to its limitation, but in the model to be studied, it is well done. The equity, motivation, competition and strategic adaptation to be expounded in the new model are quite different from those in the existent pay model.
